Judy Baker’s campaign creates fake entity to mislead Mid-Missourians.

Today we were made aware of a disturbing development.

As you are aware, I am supported by the University of Missouri Flagship Council PAC — a group of Republicans and Democrats whose only interest is protecting and advocating for MIZZOU. This organization has been around for close to 20 years and includes some of MIZZOU’s most ardent and long-term supporters.

Yesterday, we were made aware of a new organization — The MIZZOU Land-Grant Council, which is spreading false information aimed at muddying the waters hours before Election Day.

HERE’S WHERE THIS BECOMES DISTURBING…AND POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENT.

Upon researching the origins of the MIZZOU Land-Grant Council, it was discovered that it became an entity a grand total of five days ago.

EVEN WORSE…

When digging a little further, we discovered that the Land-Grant Council website and social media presence, which was created less than five days ago, was set up by a member of Judy Baker’s campaign team.

TO SUMMARIZE…

In an attempt to mislead voters, Judy Baker set up a fraudulent, fake entity and online presence with the only motivation to distract Mid-Missourians from the irrefutable truth that I am supported by the UM Flagship Council PAC and those who care about MIZZOU know I am the better choice in this race.

I am stunned that Judy Baker and her campaign stood up a fake organization just days before an election — using similar imagery to the Flagship Council — in a desperate attempt to mislead voters. Judy Baker should apologize immediately for this blatant disinformation campaign.

This election is about putting aside politics and working together to deliver real results for this community. Judy Baker’s record proves she’s incapable of doing either.
